A photograph of a group of women seated on the floor of a bright hall performing an arati-style worship with lit oil lamps. Most wear orange or saffron saris with gold borders, some in deep red-maroon, with white forehead markings, rudraksha malas and gold bangles. Each holds a small brass lamp or ritual vessel, and brass plates of flowers, fruit and sweets sit on orange cloths before them. Pink flowers and a bottle of water are visible on the floor. Behind them is a window with a red curtain and a few bags, and the room is pale and clean. No a person is clearly visible among the seated devotees.

Women in orange and saffron saris with rudraksha malas sit cross-legged on mats in rows, performing a puja. Several hold small brass vessels and lamps; brass plates, bowls and a small bell sit on the floor before them. Behind them, a large seated gathering in white and maroon clothing watches, with a young girl in an orange sari and a woman in white in the foreground. The scene suggests a ritual abhishekam or padapuja in a temple hall.

A photograph of women devotees seated on the floor in prayer with palms pressed together at chest level. Several women in foreground wear saffron-orange saris with yellow borders and red trim, rudraksha malas, and white sacred ash lines on their foreheads. The woman at right has grey hair and a red bindi. Brass puja vessels, a small brass lamp, flowers and a tray with offerings rest on a white low platform in the foreground, with red draped cloth beneath. Red curtains and a seated audience in the background suggest a satsang or puja gathering.

A row of young women seated on the floor in an ashram hall, chanting or meditating with hands held in front of them. Most wear orange or saffron sarees with maroon borders and red-and-gold trim, and rudraksha malas around their necks. Several have white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads. Brass puja vessels, small lamps, a red cloth and scattered pink flower petals sit on a silver-coloured platform in the foreground, indicating a ritual setting. No a person candidate is visible in this frame.

Brass lamps, small brass vessels, plates of flowers and fruit, and lit oil lamps are arranged on the floor in front of them. The background shows many more devotees seated in rows. No individual is identifiable as a person in this image.
