December 20 20132013-12-20December 20 20132013-12-20A photograph of a long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes reaching forward to hand a small object to a smiling man in a white checked shirt at the left. Beside them, a woman in an orange sari with a black beaded mangalsutra necklace and gold bangles sits with her hands clasped, and a bald man in orange clothing sits behind. Several people in red and white shirts stand in the background near a white-covered table and a microphone stand.2008-03-13Photograph of a seated figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe with long dark swept-back hair, extending a hand toward a bearded man in a cream kurta. Behind them a man in white with orange shawl and beaded necklace wears thin-framed glasses and a forehead mark, and a person in a yellow garment and white top stands near a white-draped table. Strands of red and white flowers hang at the top right beside a deep red curtain. The bearded man and others in the crowd lean in during what appears to be a blessing or darshan exchange.2008-03-26March 26 20082008-03-26A seated figure with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi wears a saffron/orange garment and rudraksha mala, sitting on a white-draped seat with hands resting on the knees while an older man in white with a grey beard and white shawl stands with palms pressed together in namaste. Behind them, men in white kurtas wear orange shawls and rudraksha malas, one holding a white tray of prasadam and rudraksha beads on a table. Seated women in the foreground watch, and a red curtain hangs in the background. The seated figure has distinctive long swept hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha cues, so it is a person receiving a devotee in an in-person setting.2008-03-22Photo of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a ceremonial gold-toned garland, receiving a devotee at a ritual setting. A woman in a teal top sits at left, while a man in a white kurta wears a rudraksha mala and sits leaning in, with a second saffron-robed monk behind him. A white-draped table with offerings and plates sits in the background, and more seated devotees appear at the lower edge. Appearance-based label: Swamiji (probable) seated in the orange-robed role receiving devotees, with long swept-back hair and saffron robes.2008-03-26March 28 20082008-03-28Photograph of a crowded indoor event hall with white canopy and red curtain backdrop. A man in white kurta is greeted with clasped hands by a woman in orange sleeveless top and white pants at a seated table laden with fruit, a tray of offerings and a basket of flowers. Behind them a man in orange robe stands near a woman in orange-and-yellow shawl. A blonde woman in yellow shawl stands at right edge. Several people in white and orange move through the background, and a camera tripod stands at left.2008-03-26March 13 20082008-03-13March 13 20082008-03-13Photograph of a crowded indoor darshan with devotees pressing forward. In the centre, a shaved-headed man in orange saffron robes with a rudraksha mala and a wristwatch raises his hand to his mouth while a woman in orange blesses or touches his arm. Around them, men in white shirts and dhotis and a woman in a red sari with gold bangles reach toward the robed figure. A red curtain and a white fan stand in the background. The scene is a sarva darshan with healing and blessings, and the orange-robed figure's appearance does not clearly establish that he is a person.2008-03-26
