Photo of a group of pilgrims gathered at the edge of a still lake beside a green grassy plain, with snow-capped mountains rising behind and reflected in the water under an overcast sky. A figure in the centre wears an orange-red turban and orange garments with a beaded necklace, standing among the group. Around them many people in cold-weather gear stand and sit at the shoreline: woollen hats in red, pink, black and grey, blue and purple padded jackets, and orange scarves draped over shoulders. A few people wear hooded white and cream jackets. The mood is a quiet outdoor gathering on the shore.
