A photo of a person seen from behind, with long dreadlocked black hair, wearing a rust-orange cloth and a red and white beaded mala draped over the shoulders, touching the forehead of a large golden metal deity murti. The murti wears a gold crown, jewelled necklaces and gold armour details, and stands before a backdrop of yellow, orange and white marigold garlands. A green leafy offering and a golden kalasha-like vessel sit in front. The setting appears to be a temple shrine during a puja or abhishekam.2016-07-19April 14 20132013-04-14July 19 20162016-07-19July 22 20132013-07-22January 01 20132013-01-01A photograph of a long-haired man in an orange-brown sleeveless garment with an orange-beaded rudraksha mala at his neck and a gold bangle on his upper arm, reaching out with his right hand toward two golden metal deity murtis decorated with flower garlands and red roses. The murti on the right wears an ornate gold crown, large earrings, a nose ring and a white jasmine garland over a red and gold garment. The murti on the left wears a gold crown and a red-and-gold garment. Behind them are red roses, green foliage and a green cloth backdrop with a gold-framed canopy. The man is a physical person; the golden figures are statues and are not counted. The orange cues and mala suggest a person, so the in-person value is set to unsure given the uncertain appearance.2013-04-14July 19 20162016-07-19 +1 copiesA man in a rust-orange dhoti-style wrap and matching red-orange turban with a gold badge stands at left, bare-shouldered with a red-and-white flower garland, gold bangles and a gold necklace, reaching to apply a mark to the forehead of a gilded deity murti. The murti is seated on a throne, wearing a gold crown, orange-and-gold draped garment, layered beaded necklaces and gold arm ornaments. Behind it hangs a thick arrangement of yellow, red, pink and white flower garlands and a gold arched backdrop. A brass kalasha-like vessel with orange cloth stands near the murti's shoulder.2013-12-27A figure in a red-orange turban and draped red-orange robe, wearing a red and white flower garland and a rudraksha-style red bead garland, stands with their back mostly to the camera and reaches up to adorn a golden deity murti. The murti wears a tall gilded crown, golden earrings, layered jewelled necklaces and bangles, and holds a long wooden staff. Behind them are marigold and white flower garlands, gold-leaf temple decoration and a carved stone wall. Ritual adornment of a deity murti during temple worship, with the figure's role unclear from appearance alone.2015-07-31December 30 20082008-12-30A man in orange saffron robes and a white garland stands at left, his right hand raised toward the face of a golden deity murti decorated with a crown, jewelled ornaments, a white jasmine garland and a red and gold sari. Behind the figure are dense garlands of yellow marigolds with red and purple accents, and a gilded arched frame. A trident-like staff and a brass vessel rest near the murti. The scene suggests a puja or darshan at a temple shrine. The man's clothing is orange with a green-edged shawl, and he appears to be the only physical person visible.2009-12-26December 26 20092009-12-26
