On the right, a seated figure in orange-red robes and an orange turban sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, with a garland draped across his shoulders, and a brass oil lamp stands nearby. To the left, a row of women in white and red-orange saris sit on a patterned floor mat with microphones, some with white and red marks on their foreheads. The seated figure on the right appears to be a person by his orange robe, turban and garlanded throne, with the appearance cues uncertain.2014-06-12Two women sit cross-legged on a carpet before microphone stands, palms pressed together in prayer as they recite from an open book. The woman on the left wears an orange saree with a red border and a red tilak; the woman on the right wears a blue saree with an orange-and-blue striped border and bangles. Behind them stands a gold-and-red festooned palanquin-style shrine decorated with garlands of marigolds and white flowers, enshrining a deity murti adorned with a garland and ornaments.
