He has a white tilak on his forehead and holds a small folded white paper while his hand is raised to his mouth. A group of women in saris stands along a silver barrier rail on the left, several with hands pressed together in greeting. On the right, a person holds a red tray containing fruits and bangles. A woman in glasses and an orange sari with a white bag stands beside them holding a yellow object. Behind them stand several women in colourful saris and a group of onlookers in a room with golden deity statues in the background. The seated man is shown in a blessing gesture, with the bowing devotee receiving it. Some of the people are wearing rudraksha malas. The scene resembles a blessing or padapuja exchange in a temple-style room, with a gold lion figure visible at lower left. The seated man has a distinctive appearance but no printed name or caption identifies him, so identity is not established.2014-06-06July 20 20132013-07-20July 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesA photograph of a ritual blessing at an indoor event. Behind them, women in cream and gold saris, one with a rudraksha mala, stand watching, and a red curtain and a pedestal fan are visible. The seated figure has distinctive long hair, a turban, orange clothing and a garland, matching the appearance cues of a person; the identification is uncertain and should be treated accordingly.2016-04-10A photograph of an indoor hall with red curtains and framed displays on the wall. A man in a saffron-red turban with a crescent emblem, red-orange robes and a long garland of green limes stands on a red carpet, raising his palm in blessing over the head of an older grey-haired woman in a red sari with a rudraksha mala.
