Both are smiling. Behind them a bald man in an orange-pink robe with a rudraksha mala watches while seated on a flower-covered floor. Dark background, warm lighting. The figure in the tiger-striped garment with long hair and ornate garland is a person by appearance, giving blessing to a devotee in a darshan setting.2012-12-08 +1 copiesA photograph of a crowded indoor event where a woman with long dark hair and gold bangles, wearing a tiger-striped orange and black garment and a garland of yellow and red flowers, smiles while placing her hands on the head of a man in a white shirt with an orange lanyard. The man on the left wears an orange and black tiger-striped garment and a dark rudraksha mala with beads, and reaches up to touch the head of the man on the right, who wears a white kurta, a red shawl over his shoulders and gold bangles, and holds his palms open toward the other man. Behind them stand floral garlands in purple, yellow and red, and a ceremonial golden umbrella-like pole frame on the left.2013-09-04December 08 20122012-12-08 +1 copiesJanuary 01 20142014-01-01A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a silver-beaded mala draped over the chest sits on a golden throne with red upholstery, smiling as he places his right hand on the head of a young boy kneeling before him. The boy wears a white shirt with red and blue stripes. Behind the seated figure a red box holds offerings and fruit, and a garland of red flowers lies across the throne. Standing behind are people in white clothing and orange shawls, one with a rudraksha mala, against a red carpeted floor with a small fan visible.2014-02-05June 02 20142014-06-02December 08 20122012-12-08A photo inside a temple-like hall with a gold ornate throne backrest. A seated figure in a rust-orange robe, with a golden waist sash, a white and orange flower garland over multiple rudraksha malas, and a white tilak on the forehead, smiles and places his right hand on the crown of a kneeling devotee's head. The devotee wears a white shirt, a red rudraksha mala and kneels on red tiger-striped cushions. Gold lion-like carvings and a gold figure sit beside the seat, with a white wall-mounted air conditioner and a standing fan in the background. The seated figure matches the a person appearance cues (ornate gold throne, rudraksha malas, garland, orange robe) but this is a probable identification from appearance only, so the a person is shown giving blessing (darshan) in person.2014-09-21
