Outdoor photograph on a paved courtyard in warm low light. In the foreground a figure seen from behind wears an orange saffron wrap with a maroon border and a dark hair bun, standing at a red pillar. Facing them, a row of men in white shirts and white dhotis stands with palms pressed together in anjali mudra, some with heads bowed. A bald man in glasses and a white shirt stands at the right edge, also with hands folded. A shaved-headed person in the lower foreground is partly visible. The orange-clad figure is not clearly identifiable as a person from this view, so the appearance-based label is unsure. A white vehicle is visible in the blurred background.

A photograph taken outdoors on a paved walkway in warm, low-angled sunlight. In the left foreground, a figure seen from behind, bare-shouldered and wearing an orange-saffron robe draped over one shoulder with a red trim and a red-and-dark rudraksha-style neck garland, sits facing a group of men. Around six to eight men in white shirts and white dhoti-style clothing stand with palms pressed together in namaste, some with eyes closed, as a devotional gesture. A red pole stands at the left edge and vehicles are blurred in the background. The figure with the saffron robe appears to be a sannyasi receiving devotees, but the face is not visible and identity is uncertain.2011-02-02Outdoor photo at a temple-like site under bright morning light with palm trees behind. A bald man in white dhoti and a white upper cloth stands on bare ground, holding a bundle of orange cloth, facing a younger man in a saffron/orange dhoti and orange upper cloth wearing a white flower garland and a red-and-white garland, who extends his hands toward a stone deity murti with a multi-hooded serpent carved above it. A row of standing men in white dhotis and white shirts, some in blue checked shirts, press their palms together in namaskar and watch. Marigold and multicoloured flower garlands hang on the carved stone figure, and petals lie on the ground.
