Outdoor photograph of a circular ground preparation on bare reddish-brown earth. A ring of dried cow dung cakes forms a large circle, with a flat white stone or brick placed near the centre. A circular ring of dried cow dung cakes lies on bare reddish-brown earth, with a pale wooden stick or log forming the outer edge between the cakes. Photograph of several circular outlines marked on bare reddish-brown earth. Each circle is bordered by a ring of dried cow-dung cakes laid end to end, with dried banana or palm leaves and stalks along the edges. Small white foam blocks sit at the centres of the nearer circles. A white plastic bag lies at the top left and scattered leaves and debris are on the ground. No people are visible; the scene looks like a prepared outdoor training ground.

A photograph of an open dusty ground outdoors with several circular rings marked out by lines of dung cakes or clay lumps, each ring containing a small white brick or block at its centre. The largest ring sits in the foreground, with smaller rings spread across the ground toward a striped red and white wall at the back. Palm trees and a distant hill are visible beyond the wall, and a few plastic bags lie on the ground. No people are present.

A young male trainee sits cross-legged on bare earth inside a circular ring of dung-cake fuel with small flames burning along its edge, a pattern of fire. He wears a white dhoti and white shirt with an orange saffron shawl draped over his shoulders, and holds a small clay bowl with grains or ash beside him. Behind him is a partly built brick structure and scattered bricks. Eyes lowered, he appears absorbed in the ritual. A faint translucent purple umbrella-like shape appears in the upper left corner.

Outdoor photo of several men in plain white dhotis and white shirts working on a bare dirt ground marked with circular outlines of stones and sticks. In the foreground a man in a white shirt and dhoti bends over a circle, emptying a yellow plastic sack of sand or soil into it. Other men in white stand and work across the field, and a low white brick wall and red-and-white striped boundary wall frame the site beneath tall trees and an overcast sky.

Outdoor homa rite on bare red earth at an ashram site. Several small circular fire pits are ringed with dried cow-dung cakes or logs, with flames rising from some. A young woman in white sits cross-legged in the foreground beside a shallow clay dish of offerings, her hair in a long braid. Behind her a man in white robes bends over a fire pit, and further back other people in white sit at more pits, some wearing orange sashes. A man in white with a pendant necklace sits at the right edge. Blue tarpaulin and trees appear in the background.

A photograph of a man in plain white ritual clothes sitting cross-legged with eyes closed on bare sandy ground inside a circle of smouldering dung cakes and burning wooden logs, with small flames along the ring. A clay dish holding a small offering of ash or dung sits beside him. Behind, a second seated figure in white with an orange shawl sits in another fire ring. The setting appears to be an open-air ritual ground, consistent with a homa or fire-based sadhana.
