Shiva Deeksha: Do It Yourself (Edition 1) (Book)Shiva Surya Puja:Do It Yourself (Edition 1) (Book)Introduction to Puja (Edition 1) (Book)A bare-chested man with closed eyes sits in front of an ornate silver backrest, his left hand raised in a mudra near his chest. He wears a tall black turban-like headdress with a tiered crown of stones, white sacred ash with a central vertical tilak on his forehead, gold earrings, layered gold chains and multiple rudraksha mala strands across his chest and arms. Behind him, a warm blazing fire and a red-and-white deity image glow in the background, with a small brass vessel visible at the lower edge. The setting suggests a homa or ritual setting. Swamiji (probable): the crown, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold necklaces are visible cues of his role.2020-05-26A slide graphic from a KAILASA presentation, numbered 37, titled Under Diginations with the text Start E-Sarvajnapeeta.
