A cut-out photograph of an elderly bare-chested man with a long white beard and long matted grey hair falling over his chest, standing with his right hand raised in a blessing gesture. He wears a plain white dhoti and is barefoot. Behind him is a colourful temple gopuram with painted deity figures and a peacock, surrounded by green trees, with stone steps in the background. A red Tamil caption appears at the bottom. The figure is a single standing man with no visible a person cues such as saffron clothing, rudraksha, crown or ornate jewellery, so identity is uncertain.2000 - Acharapakkam (Nadu Pazhani)A framed printed portrait of a bearded elderly man standing barefoot, bare-chested, with a loose lilac-white dhoti or cloth draped over his legs and a long white-and-gold bead garland with black accents hanging from his shoulders. One hand is raised in blessing against a green foliage backdrop with a temple gopuram stairway and painted deity figures behind him. Tamil caption at the top and bottom of the gilt frame. The portrait sits on a wall indoors. Because this is a printed portrait, no physical person is counted. The figure's garb is a bare-chested ascetic style with a white garland; the portrait is captioned with a Tamil name, so identity rests on that caption rather than appearance.A printed portrait poster of an elderly white-bearded ascetic with a shaved head and a vibhuti mark on his forehead, seated cross-legged in meditation with eyes closed. He wears a white cloth wrap over his shoulders and a white dhoti, and his bare arms rest on his lap. Behind him is a large dark tree trunk, and the poster border is decorated with yellow and red flowers. A caption band at the bottom reads the name of a Satguru in Tamil script, with Nadu Pazhani written below it, identifying the subject by printed caption only.Photo 11724716 +1 copiesA photograph of an elderly bearded man standing barefoot on a concrete courtyard path between white-washed walls and a white two-storey building.
