February 05 20152015-02-05A photograph inside a plain, corrugated-roofed storage or workshop room with a concrete floor. Shelves along the walls hold brass and gold-coloured vessels, kalasha-like finials and a small golden figure, with orange cloth draped over the shelving. Six people stand barefoot in a loose group. Several wear saffron and orange robes, one in pale reddish-brown wrap, and two younger people on the right wear white with orange shawls. A bald man in orange stands centre, smiling, while others face him in conversation. No readable signage is visible.2009-10-15December 29 20092009-12-29April 28 20152015-04-28Indoor photo in a bare workshop with a breeze-block wall and fluorescent lights. Center, a bearded elder in saffron-orange robes stands beside a large gilded Garuda-like mythical bird sculpture with a curved beak and ornate gold wings, examining it. To the left, a man with long swept-back hair wears a rust-brown robe with gold borders and a gold-toned shawl, smiling. Behind them, a younger man in rust-brown robes with gold stripes and a mala holds a water bottle. On the right, a person in white garments with gold borders and a rudraksha mala stands near the gilded statue.2013-11-05A photograph of a temple interior with gold-coloured ritual objects. In the foreground, a man in red and gold dhoti-style clothing wears a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant, with red tilak and gold armbands, while holding a small object. Beside him, an older man with long grey hair tied up, glasses, a white beard and a long grey mala wears an orange robe with a maroon-and-gold border and orange shawl, and reaches toward a metal deity murti. Behind them a younger man in a light blue shirt looks on. A gold-canopied palanquin or chariot frame, brass bells, a decorated drum with teal fabric, and books on a table fill the background. Three people are visible.2016-01-01November 05 20132013-11-05A photograph inside a storage room with a corrugated metal roof and bare concrete floor. Metal shelving units along the walls hold brass and gold-toned vessels, kalasha-style pots and a small ornate figure, with orange cloth hanging in front of the racks. Several men in saffron and orange robes stand in a loose circle, some barefoot, some with shaved heads, one holding a small object. On the right, a person in white clothing with an orange shawl stands at the edge. Two people with long dark hair are seen from behind in orange and rose-pink wraps. The scene reads as a group visit or tour among monastic-style attendees.2009-10-15April 28 20152015-04-28October 12 20142014-10-12November 05 20132013-11-05A photograph inside a large workshop with a corrugated metal roof and unpainted concrete-block walls. In the foreground a huge gold-coloured, scale-textured cobra hood sculpture rises beside a gold coiled base. Four men in orange and saffron robes stand looking up at it: a bearded elderly man in an orange robe with a long white beard, a shaved-headed man in orange with a sacred thread, and two others in ochre and orange dhotis. Behind them, a man in a white dhoti with gold border stands near more gold statues. Tables with unfinished figures and tools line the back of the hall.2013-11-05
