Night ritual photograph before a golden Ganesha murti draped in red silk and heaped with red, yellow and white flower garlands. Two young male priests in white dhotis with gold borders and rudraksha malas stand together; the one on the left, with white tripundra ash on his forehead and white markings on his arms, holds a silver vessel, while the one on the right, wearing a red-and-pink turban, lifts a flaming oil lamp over the vessel. Smoke rises from the lamp. Ganapathi homa or aarti with a kalasha-style vessel is evident. Dark background.

A young male priest in a white dhoti with a gold-bordered cloth and a red-and-gold sash stands at night holding a brass oil lamp with a visible open flame, performing aarti before a deity murti. A rudraksha mala hangs at his chest. Behind him, a silver-and-gold decorated structure is adorned with yellow marigold garlands and red, white and green flower strings, and a large golden lion-like figure with a red silk cloth lies at the lower left. A second person in white stands partly visible behind him, with smoke rising in the dim temple setting.

A temple puja at night in a hall. In the foreground a shirtless priest in white dhoti holds a brass plate with a burning flame, smoke drifting across the frame. Behind him, a shirtless priest with an orange cloth wrap and a rudraksha mala stands beside a man in a white dhoti with an orange waist cloth. A bare-chested priest with a red headband tends an altar in front of a deity murti decorated with a garland of marigolds and roses, with a kalasha and fruit offerings arranged on a white-draped table. Two men in white dhotis and orange cloths stand nearby, and a small figure sits at the lower left. The scene is dense with smoke, flowers and coconuts.

Night ritual photograph of a decorated deity murti on a platform, draped in white and gold cloth and heavily garlanded with red and yellow flowers and white jasmine. A priest in a maroon turban and maroon dhoti with gold border, white tilak marks on his arms, performs aarti with a lit oil lamp. Beside him stands a shaved-headed devotee in an orange saffron robe and rudraksha mala, facing the murti. Silver kalasha-like finials, a jewelled ornament, and carved lion and cobra figures surround the platform in a dark setting.

Night photo of a temple ritual at a gilded arched shrine decorated with white and red flower garlands. Two priests in white dhotis and shawls stand before the shrine: the one on the left, bent forward with a bare upper body, holds a lit oil lamp toward the murti, while the priest on the right, in a cream turban and white garments, reaches toward the flame with his hands. A purple cloth and a brass vessel rest on the platform in front. The gold-framed deity murti is partly hidden behind the flowers. The image is a photo of an aarti-style lamp offering at a temple shrine.

The man on the left wears a tall ornate gold-and-silver crown and a white garland; the man on the right has a white head cloth and a white shawl with gold border, bowing while both hold their hands toward a lit oil lamp. The shrine is draped in red cloth and garlanded with white and red flowers, with a gilded arch behind it. A woman in a brown sari with a camera stands at the left edge, and a microphone is at the right. The atmosphere is devotional.
