A bright flame rises from a heap of offerings, possibly fruit, in the lower centre. Beside it a shaved-headed man in white ritual cloth with a white shawl and a garland of flowers sits near the fire. Several other people stand or sit in shadow to the right and behind him. The scene is lit mainly by the fire.2011-11-29December 20 20112011-12-20May 08 20122012-05-08 +1 copiesMay 18 20122012-05-18 +1 copiesMay 18 20122012-05-18 +1 copiesSeptember 28 20112011-09-28A man with short hair in profile holds a silver multi-wick aarti lamp on a tray, flames rising and smoke curling above it, against a dark night background. He wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulder and a gold bangle on his wrist, and his arms are extended upward in an evening aarti ritual. The bare-chested priest's appearance does not show distinctive a person cues such as long hair, a crown, or rudraksha malas, so his identity remains uncertain.2011-12-20Indoor temple scene at night with an oil lamp flame in the foreground held by a priest in orange-saffron dhoti, with other people in orange clothing around him. A dim lamp glows behind, bare-chested men stand in the background and a bare-shouldered figure is at the right edge. Appears to be a temple ritual with a lit lamp and an offering; a sacred fire is visible in the foreground.2012-05-16
