Several white four-wheel-drive SUVs are parked in a row with their doors open, roof racks visible on one. About eight people stand beside the vehicles: a figure in a blue jacket and white hat, one in a red jacket, others in blue and orange outerwear. Several people hold or wave orange flags on poles, one in a blue jacket wearing a white hat stands in front. The ground is gravel and dirt with a utility pole behind.A group of about thirty devotees sits and stands on a gravel plain beneath a pale blue sky with clouds, with dry tan hills behind and parked vehicles including a silver SUV and white pickup. In the left foreground an elderly man in an orange turban and orange robes sits on a folding chair, holding a long trident, with a saffron-clad companion beside him. Many people wear orange or red-orange shawls and scarves, with padded blue, grey and black jackets, knit caps and woollen hats. A flag with colourful bands flutters at right. The setting is a high-altitude mountain landscape.2012-08-06A photograph of a convoy of parked vehicles on a flat grassy plain under a wide cloudy sky. A line of white, red and silver SUVs and vans stretches across the grass, with a silver Toyota Land Cruiser-style vehicle in the foreground on the right. Several people stand and walk among the vehicles: one in a blue jacket walks across the grass, one in a black jacket and orange scarf stands near the cars, a man in a red-and-white checked shirt stands by the silver SUV, and a person in pink sits on the grass in an orange shawl. Others in orange scarves and blue jackets are visible near the line of cars on the left. Distant hills rise on the horizon.2011-08-05 +1 copiesPhoto 11681665August 06 20112011-08-06August 05 20112011-08-05 +2 copies2011 - Glimpses Of KailashYatra +1 copiesAugust 06 20112011-08-06July 27 20122012-07-27
