Outdoor crowd scene at an event. A figure in orange saffron robes with a red bindi and long swept-back dark hair stands at centre, wearing a heavy garland of white jasmine and orange marigold flowers with large gold-coloured medallions and a gold pendant. Swamiji (probable) is visible through the saffron robes, long hair and ornate garland. To his left, a younger man in plain orange robes with long hair stands beside a man in white shirt bending forward with a white plate of offerings. On the right, a smiling man in glasses and a white shirt looks toward him. Behind them a crowd of devotees, some in white dhotis and shirts, fills the frame under green leaves and a tent canopy edged in red and yellow.

A photograph of a seated man with long swept-back dark hair, white sandalwood lines on his forehead and arms, wearing an orange-saffron shawl and white jasmine and red flower garlands, gesturing with open palms while speaking. A shaved-headed man in orange robes and rudraksha beads stands behind him, and a bald elder seated at right wears rudraksha headband beads and white ash marks with red-and-white garlands. Several men in orange robes and white shirts stand around, and a person at left in a teal shirt holds a brass vessel.
