Night procession outdoors beneath a large banyan tree at a temple-like ashram setting. A central figure in a rust-red dhoti and shawl wears a red-and-white flower garland, a gold necklace and gold armband, and smiles while standing barefoot on a white ritual cloth. A man in orange robes holds a silver platter of offerings, and a figure in orange holds a white-tipped ceremonial item. Behind them a parasol-like canopy stands, a cameraman in a blue shirt films, and a standing figure in orange with a shaved head and white forehead band presses palms together in namaste. Orange-robed attendants with white forehead bands line the background, and a purple cloth hangs with floral garlands on the left.2013-07-22October 03 20162016-10-03A procession on a paved path beneath palm trees. In the centre, a man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl wears a long multicolour flower garland and a red bindi, walking forward. Beside him, a bald man in rust-red and gold-bordered cloth carries a folded cloth and wears a rudraksha mala and a saffron sash. Behind them, saffron-robed devotees and a man in white ritual dress carry brass plates and lamps. A golden trident and a decorated canopy umbrella rise at the right, and a folding table with offerings stands at the left. Several people in orange and red clothing stand with hands pressed together. Roughly ten to twelve people are visible.2014-09-09Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots. A man with long dark hair, a white forehead marking, a red-and-orange shawl and layered gold necklaces walks barefoot along a woven straw mat, wearing a red-orange garland and carrying a silver tray. Around him, saffron-clad men with white tilaka and beads stand with hands folded, and several women in red and pink saris press palms together in namaskar. A small golden deity murti and a red-painted shrine block sit at the right edge, with a patterned blue rug on the ground. Swamiji (probable): the walking man wears a long dark-haired presentation with ornate gold necklaces and a garland, consistent with the page's reference to the event.2013-03-10June 07 20162016-06-07Outdoors under large banyan-like trees, a smiling man with long swept-back dark hair stands barefoot on a dark polished slab set with a small red-and-white mat. He wears an orange-saffron dhoti, a red and white flower garland, a gold chain and rudraksha-style beads, and holds a silver handbell. Behind him stands a crowd of devotees in white ritual clothes, some in saffron and red saris, with hands folded in anjali. On the right, a shaved-headed priest in orange robes and a garland holds a silver tray with offerings, and another man in white holds a tray of fruit or sweets. This appears to be a pratyaksha pada puja at Bidadi Ashram. Swamiji (probable): the man in the centre shows long hair, saffron dhoti, garland and gold chain.2013-01-01June 07 20162016-06-07December 23 20162016-12-23March 02 20132013-03-02 +1 copiesDecember 11 20112011-12-11 +1 copiesDecember 11 20112011-12-11Night outdoor ritual scene beneath a large banyan tree.
