A man in a white shirt and white veshti climbs a pole on the left, another man in a blue shirt stands at the lower left, and a man in a white shirt holds the banner's lower corner at right. Stacked timber and corrugated sheets lie at the base of the wall. The portrait on the left shows a man in a purple shirt holding a microphone; the portrait on the right shows a man with a moustache and white shirt.
