A woman with a red bindi and dark hair pulled back sits cross-legged on a white marble floor, wearing a white kurta and white pants with an orange-red shawl printed with script across her shoulders. She wears a red-stone pendant necklace and a gold bangle, and extends one palm upward while gazing ahead. Around her, other seated participants in white clothing and orange-red shawls sit on the floor and on red-cushioned chairs, some with water bottles nearby. A yellow floor marking runs across the scene. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable from the visible cues.

A photograph of a group of women in white and cream traditional clothing standing in a hall with a pink wall and red curtain. In the foreground, a woman with a red tilak on her forehead and a red-and-white rudraksha mala looks down with her palms open and extended, cupped as if receiving something. Behind her, other women in cream and gold saris, some wearing rudraksha malas, stand with hands raised in similar gestures. A large screen at the back shows a golden deity image. The scene suggests a guided meditation or energy process.
