Inside the shrine, a framed portrait shows a smiling man in an orange turban and saffron garment, set on a gold ornate seat with a cushion. Two painted standing deity figures with crowns flank the shrine. White sacred ash marks his upper arm. Beyond him stand painted guardian figures in orange and green, and a framed portrait on the shrine shows a figure in orange clothing and a turban. Golden ornamental decor and strings of small lights surround the doorway. The scene suggests an aarti ritual.2013-10-29A shaven-headed man in saffron-orange robes with a dark rudraksha mala around his neck sits in the foreground, seen from behind, facing a shrine. Inside the shrine, a framed portrait of a smiling man in an orange turban and orange shawl sits atop an ornate gold throne draped with a tiger-skin cloth. The portrait is a depiction on a framed print, not a physical person. Flanking the doorway are painted multi-armed deity murti figures, one holding a flaming lamp. Blurred oil lamps glow in the foreground and hanging bells and beaded strings decorate the shrine. Two seated figures in white and dark clothing appear in the background.2013-12-02April 27 20142014-04-27
