April 04 20142014-04-04A photograph of a padapuja-style moment in an indoor hall. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate silver-framed throne draped with a leopard-print cloth, wearing a pink-and-white flower garland with red berry beads. Facing him, a grey-haired man in white kurta with an orange shawl kneels on a yellow shaggy rug, palms pressed together. Behind them, several people in white and orange garments sit on the rug, and a gold lion figurine rests at the lower left. A projection screen and a wall of hanging strands are visible in the background. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron robes, a garland and the ornate throne.2012-12-20A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a long rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklace sits on an ornate gilded throne with lion-head armrests and a red cushion, raising one hand in greeting. Long, swept-back hair and the distinctive ornaments are visible; the figure's identity is appearance-based and probable. Before the throne, a man in white clothes kneels and bows with folded hands toward the seated figure's feet, which rest on a silver pedestal. A second man in saffron robes and a rudraksha mala kneels beside them. The throne is draped with marigold and white garlands, a red and gold cloth backdrop, a standing fan, and fruit on a tray at right.2008-07-17December 18 20122012-12-18August 08 20102010-08-08 +1 copiesA photograph inside a small hall where a long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes and a gold beaded necklace sits smiling on a white-draped seat before a decorated deity murti with garlands. An older man in a white shirt and light trousers kneels and presses both hands to the seated figure's hands, performing a devotional gesture. A younger man in white sits behind him, a blue-clad woman is at the left edge, and a trident and garlanded Maha Meru sit on a tray at right. Orange-saffron cloth drapes the murti and a green-and-red striped mat covers the floor.2006-05-21December 20 20122012-12-20January 03 20162016-01-03A photograph of a padapuja ceremony. A long-haired figure in an orange-brown robe sits on an ornate silver-and-gold throne with a leopard-print cushion and gold lion-head armrest, wearing a garland of pink and red flowers and a rudraksha-style mala, smiling with eyes closed. Kneeling before the throne on a yellow rug is a man in white clothes with a red waist cloth and orange-and-rudraksha mala, his palms joined in namaskar as he bows. Behind them, a woman in orange and another person in orange and white kneel; a screen and speakers stand in the background, along with a flower arrangement. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, a garland, orange clothing and a mala, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so the appearance-based label applies.2012-12-20May 13 20142014-05-13December 20 20122012-12-20May 03 20142014-05-03
