Several saffron-clad sannyasis in orange robes and orange turbans walk across stone paving; the foremost one raises an arm while a blue umbrella is held over the group. Around them a mixed crowd of visitors in white, orange scarves and casual clothes follows, including a woman in a red cap and a woman in a green top. A small stone step and brick wall frame the shrine with a hanging bell. The man in the centre wears an orange kurta with a saffron shawl and carries a folded orange cloth. Behind them a man in an orange shirt with a small portrait print holds a bundle, and a man photographs with a camera in a white shirt with a red tilak on his forehead. Rows of brass oil lamps line the ledge in the lower right, and green trees and hillside houses fill the background.2011-07-29Photograph of a group walking across a wet stone plaza in front of a multi-tiered brick temple with gilded roof tiers and a small pagoda-style shrine. Most walkers wear saffron-orange robes and orange shawls; a central young man in a saffron turban with a rudraksha mala and a white-sashed belt walks in front, while a man in an orange top carries a folded dark cloth over one arm. A man in a white kurta and a white-robed devotee with an orange stole follow nearby, with women in saffron and a grey jacket among the group. Red railings, trees and a grey sky frame the scene. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable by the listed cues, so the figures are described by role and dress only.2011-07-29May 24 20062006-05-24July 30 20122012-07-30Outdoor procession on a stone-paved street before a white multi-storey building and an ornate carved temple gateway with painted panels. In the centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears a leopard-print garment over an orange lower wrap, a large gold necklace and a multi-coloured marigold garland, and holds a hand near a rudraksha mala. To the left, a bald man in an orange robe and yellow sash holds a silver trident aloft. Around them, devotees in white, light shirts and orange shawls walk barefoot and watch, with a woman in a yellow top in the background.2012-08-01A group of about a dozen people walks down a stone path toward a large white dome stupa with a golden spire and a gold-framed Buddha relief at its base, under overcast grey sky. Several men lead in saffron-orange robes with orange shawls; one wears a leopard-print sash and orange dhoti, another wears white dhoti with an orange shawl. Women in salwar kameez and western-style clothes, some with hats and sun hats, follow, and a man at left photographs with a camera. A small speaker with orange strap sits on the grass at left.
