A photograph of a small courtyard room where six people sit on a teal cloth in a semicircle before a decorated shrine. The shrine is framed by a large arch of yellow and red marigold garlands and holds a pink-draped deity murti. A man standing above and behind the shrine wears a red-and-white turban and an orange shawl. Seated people wear white clothes and orange shawls; one woman with light hair sits among them. Red cloth and small items lie on the floor at left.2007-05-092008 - Nithyananda University - Udal and Kattumurthy Courses2007-05-092008 - Nithyananda University - Udal and Kattumurthy Courses2007-05-09July 21 20102010-07-21November 13 20062006-11-13February 15 20072007-02-15Several people in white ritual clothes with orange shawls work together in a plain outdoor-style courtyard with a tiled roof, a wall fan and a barred window. A man standing at left, wearing an orange shawl, bends over a wooden frame, while a man at right in white with a hand near his face watches. Seated in front, a man with long hair and an orange shawl and two women in white with orange shawls handle red and orange cloth and cords spread over a wooden board. Rolled red and orange cloth lies on the floor at left, along with bundles of fabric and a sewing machine. The scene shows the traditional craft of tying a kattumurthy and preparing a udal drum.2007-05-09June 23 20142014-06-23 +2 copiesOutdoor group photo at a decorated temple-style shrine with a deity murti visible in the background under a canopy of marigold and rose garlands and banana leaves. Seven people stand in a row: a man in white dhoti and shirt with a garland, an older woman in white sari, a central figure with long dark hair wearing a saffron-orange robe and a white-and-red flower garland, a man in white shirt and trousers with a rudraksha-style mala and garland, a young woman in an orange sari with a white flower garland, an older woman in a maroon-red sari with a garland, and an older man in white dhoti and shirt with a pink-and-green garland. A red-and-white cloth hangs at the left edge. The central saffron-robed figure has long swept-back hair and ornate cues, consistent with the page's reference to a person, appearing in person at the marriage-ceremony event; the others are devotees or family members.2007-02-15February 04 20092009-02-04December 30 20062006-12-30December 07 20072007-12-07
