Indoor photo in a pink-walled room where a long-haired man in an orange robe with a yellow-and-gold flower garland stands beside a wooden casket draped with marigold and red flower garlands. A bearded man in a white patterned shirt stands at the casket's edge, holding a dark bag, while seated women in white and orange saris sit on the left and standing people in white shirts watch from the doorway. Framed pictures hang on the walls and a small deity picture sits in a wall niche above the lit doorway. The orange-robed man is an appearance-based candidate for a person, shown with long swept-back hair and a garland, standing at the casket.

A photograph of a satsang-style gathering in a hall. A seated man with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe and a rudraksha mala, sits on an ornate gold throne with a pink cushion and presses his palms together in greeting. Before him stands a woman in an orange saree with green blouse and gold border, her hands folded, holding a small offering tray with flowers and fruit on a gold-trimmed table. Behind them a golden deity murti with a purple and multicoloured flower garland sits in a niche, and a woman in a red saree and rudraksha mala stands nearby. A man in a white shirt and a group of people in white ritual clothes stand at the left. A large portrait of a man in orange hangs at the upper right. Probable Swamiji (probable) seated on the throne in orange robes with long hair and rudraksha mala.

A photograph inside a plain room with pink-and-cream walls and a barred window. A standing young man with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron cloth and a long beaded gold-toned mala, and gestures with his hands beside a glass-sided casket covered with long garlands of white, yellow, orange and magenta flowers. A woman in a white sari sits at right, and a seated figure in white is partly visible at left. Brass oil lamps, a brass bell, a plate of offerings and a white-draped bench sit in the foreground. a person's presence is not established by appearance, so the standing man is described only by role and clothing.

A photograph of a long-haired figure in an orange and gold garment and a gold beaded necklace standing beside a glass-topped table heaped with green leaves, white jasmine and yellow and pink flower garlands. A seated elderly man in a red shirt sits at the left, and a man holding a camera stands at the far left. A framed portrait of a bearded man hangs on the pink wall behind, and a small altar with a framed deity image sits at right. Swamiji (probable): the standing figure has long swept-back dark hair, an orange and gold shawl, a gold necklace and a red forehead mark, cues consistent with a sannyasi in ceremonial dress.

A photograph of a mourning room with pink and lilac walls and barred windows. A long-haired man in an orange saffron robe with a gold-beaded necklace and a rudraksha-style mala stands beside a glass-sided casket draped with white cloth and flowers. Several women in white saris and white clothing sit on the floor around a white-draped bench, some with heads bowed in prayer.

Indoor photograph of a seated sannyasi in a rust-red garment with a rudraksha mala, smiling as he places his hand on the head of an older man in a white shirt bending forward with hands folded. A woman in a red and gold sari with a white flower in her braid sits in front, and a saffron-robed attendant stands behind. A small table holds flowers, a yellow fruit and a bottle, and garlands hang in the background. Appearance cues are limited and the seated figure is not clearly identifiable, so the role is given as sannyasi.
