Behind him, a shaved-headed man in an orange shawl over white clothes stands beside a man in a yellow top, and a man in a beige checked shirt wearing an ID badge with a small portrait stands at the left edge. The badge shows a photo of a saffron-clad figure.2010-08-15A long-haired man in an orange-saffron robe sits on a carved wooden chair in front of a grey stone temple pillar, wearing a red-and-white and yellow flower garland with purple orchid strands and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him, devotees in white clothes carry metal vessels and leaf-covered offerings. A young man in white with a rudraksha-style necklace on the left holds a metal pot wrapped in green leaves and smiles. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron robe and ceremonial garland match the page's identification, but the face is not used to confirm identity.2006-12-31January 12 20072007-01-12A seated man with long, swept-back dark hair wears an orange saffron shawl and a white flower garland at his neck, with a long red rose garland draped down his chest. He smiles toward the left while seated on an ornate gold-coloured throne or seat in the lower right. Behind him, dim temple surroundings show red banners and a dark decorated backdrop. Several women in white saris and a man in glasses with a tilak sit or stand among a seated crowd in the background, with a man in an orange robe at the lower left edge. Swamiji (probable) appears in this photo through his long hair, saffron shawl and ornate throne, seated in a place of honour during the event.2006-12-30A photograph of an indoor dining hall with plain white walls, fluorescent ceiling lights and long metal-legged tables set with banana leaves, steel tumblers and food. Seated diners in white dhotis and shirts eat, while a standing man in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair, a red forehead mark and a rudraksha mala looks toward the left, a person candidate. Two seated men in white with orange shawls sit at the left edge, and a man in white stands in the background near a doorway. Attendants move among the tables.2007-01-12A photograph at an outdoor shelter with a thatched palm roof and hanging coconuts. In the centre, a person with shoulder-length dark hair, a red tilak on the forehead and a long pink-and-white flower garland wears an orange-saffron robe and stands with eyes lowered. Behind and around him, several men in white shirts and white dhotis stand; one raises an arm, another holds a silver tray of red flowers, and another holds a brass plate with fruit. A brass oil lamp and a rose-petal-covered platform are in the foreground, with white jasmine strands hanging on the left. Decorated hangings and a golden figure appear at the right.2006-11-13August 08 20102010-08-08 +3 copiesA photograph of a crowded indoor hall with pillars, ceiling fans and long tables, where many men in white shirts and dhotis, plus some in saffron scarves, gather around a central figure. A smiling person with long dark hair wears a large pink-red flower garland and an orange shawl, clasping hands with a man in a white shirt. Others crowd close, some with folded palms, and a camera rig is visible at the right edge. Several people stand in the background among tables. The setting suggests a reception or felicitation. Swamiji (probable): the central garlanded figure has long swept-back hair and an orange shawl, a cue for the page's Swamiji claim, so in_person is used with the appearance caveat.2007-01-12A seated man in an orange-saffron robe with long, loose black hair is wearing a thick garland of red flowers around his neck, with a rudraksha mala of brown beads hanging on his chest. He holds the beads in both hands, looking to the side with a slight smile. Behind him a person in a white shirt stands at the left edge, and a black metal chair and rack are visible in the background.2005-03-13Photograph of a long-haired man in an orange saffron shawl wearing a white jasmine garland with red, pink and blue flower accents, seated in profile with a small red tilak on his forehead and smiling. Behind him, many men in white shirts and dhotis sit closely packed in an outdoor gathering, some with eyes closed, and a bald Western-looking man stands in the background. The ground is grey and the setting appears to be a public outdoor event.2007-02-24
