A standing man in an orange-saffron sleeveless garment with a matching wrap draped over one shoulder presses his palms together in front of his chest, eyes closed, in a respectful namaskar gesture. He has long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi or tilak on his forehead. Behind him hangs a cream drapery swagged with deep red fabric, and a vase of pale purple flowers sits on a pedestal at right.
