Outdoor evening photo of a ritual at a temple-style setting. A bald man in an orange saffron garment with a white dhoti holds a burning oil lamp (flame) and faces a bare-chested man who stands with his back to the camera. Beside them a younger man with white tilak markings on his forehead and arms holds a silver plate and burning items, with a tray in hand. Several onlookers in orange, white and checked shirts stand behind a metal mesh fence, with a blue banner in the background and trees and hills under a pale sky. Striped ceremonial poles and lamps line the path, and the scene is dusk.
