On the left, a cut-out printed picture of a man in saffron-red robes with a gold necklace and a rudraksha mala sits on a small stand, surrounded by scattered red petals. Behind the altar is a dark carved stone base with a swirling pattern and a maroon and gold cloth draped above it.2025-11-30Close photograph of two brass peacock-form oil lamps (vilakku) standing on a dark reflective altar surface. Each lamp has a peacock with raised tail feathers, a bowl-shaped dish holding a lit wick flame, and a tall ornate stem. Behind them a figure draped in a pink and magenta silk sari with a gold-toned border stands partly out of focus.
