Tall purple and red ornate umbrellas rise above the group, and a wooden fence and yellow barriers line the route. Banners and orange flags stand in the background near temporary structures.2015-09-15 +1 copiesNovember 30 20132013-11-30A woman with long wavy platinum-blonde hair speaks into a silver microphone on a stand. She wears a white garment with a light grey embroidered shawl and a red scarf printed with text, plus a dark bead mala at her neck and a small red bindi.
