A photograph of a small room with a blue-faced deity murti in a blue crown and dressed in a saffron cloth, heavily decorated with white and red flower garlands. Two women in white sit on a mat in front of the murti, one holding a rosary while the other sits beside her. In the foreground a woman in an orange-red robe kneels before a brass tray with small brass vessels, a plate of flowers, and a lit oil lamp. Brass lamps and offering vessels surround the altar, and a window with a red cloth and an orange curtain are visible.

A small indoor room with a blue-painted deity murti. Brass oil lamps (deepa) burn in front of it, with brass pots and offering plates of flowers and fruit. Two women sit cross-legged on a woven mat: the older woman in a white sari holds a rudraksha mala and a small book, and the younger woman in white beside her holds a brass lamp. A third person in an orange-red garment sits at the lower right, partly visible. Behind them is a white wall, a grey door and an orange curtain, and a Kashmir apple carton sits against the wall. The scene suggests a puja in progress.

A photograph of a ritual scene indoors where a woman in a white sari with a gold border and an orange blouse sits cross-legged, wearing a rudraksha mala and gold jewellery, holding a brass oil lamp with a lit flame. Beside her, a large silver tray or stand is heavily garlanded with red, yellow and pink roses, white jasmine strands and pink flowers, with lit oil lamps placed among them. Another person in an orange garment holds a lamp at the right edge, and hands holding brass lamps and bowls of petals appear at the left foreground. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable.

A photograph of a funeral-rite room with pink walls and barred windows. In the upper right, a man in saffron-orange robes with long dark hair and a beaded necklace stands beside a white-draped bed and a wall of flower garlands; he may be the candidate noted in the page, though his face is not clear enough to confirm. Seated on the red floor at left, several men and boys in saffron and white clothing face a brass and steel puja arrangement with lamps, bowls of offerings, fruit, flowers and leaves. A woman in white clothing stands at centre making an offering. At right, a glass-sided casket holds a body covered in white cloth, decorated with marigolds and leaves.

A photograph of a ritual puja in progress on a white tiled floor. A silver kalasha-style vessel on a silver pedestal is decorated with garlands of white and pink flowers, orange and red blossoms, and marigolds. Four women sit around it: one in a red and green sari with hands folded, one in an orange blouse and zebra-print sari seen from behind, a central young person with bare upper body, rudraksha malas, a black head wrap and orange cloth draped over the shoulder, and a woman in a white and gold sari with rudraksha mala and folded hands. Small oil lamps and incense sticks sit on the floor, and a mobile phone rests at the right edge.

Two women in a home room pour flowers from a silver vessel over a figure at floor level, creating a cascade of white jasmine petals. The woman on the left wears a red kurta over white garments, with a bun and bangles; the woman on the right wears a white sari with a red border and a flower-garlanded bun. Behind them, a low orange-draped stand holds red and yellow flower offerings, fruit on a plate, and garlands hang on the wall. A figure partly visible behind the vessel is hard to make out, so no identification is made.

A seated man in a cream turban and rust-orange sannyasi robe, wearing layered rudraksha malas and a long white-and-orange flower garland, holds a tall silver staff upright while his feet are washed on a metal plate. A kneeling man in a white shirt with bird print bows with his hands raised near his face, and a woman in a white sari with a white flower garland and gold bangles presses a green leaf bundle to the feet of the seated figure. Brass oil lamps, a potted plant, fruit and a yellow cushion on a white sofa fill the room with a curtain behind.

A small room with pale blue walls and a barred window with a red cloth draped over it. A standing statue of a figure in a blue turban and orange garment, with a raised hand, is decorated with garlands of white jasmine and red roses and marigolds. Brass oil lamps with a lit flame stand on either side, and a brass kalasha-like finial and flower offerings sit at the base. Bedding and a checked bag are visible at left. No physical people are visible. This is a statue depiction, not a person in the scene.
