A smiling man in a maroon-red turban and red-orange robes sits on an ornate silver throne with lion-head armrests and a leopard-print cushion, palms pressed together in greeting. He wears a large gold ceremonial pendant, a gold bead necklace and rudraksha-style beaded bracelets, and holds a silver staff beside him. Behind the throne, a silver-carved backdrop and a red-lit screen with a figure are visible. Swamiji (probable): the robed figure on the throne wears a turban, saffron-toned robes and ornate gold necklaces, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event.
