A framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" is displayed on an ornate gold throne-like seat with a red cushion and marigold garlands with white and maroon accents. The portrait shows a smiling figure in orange robes seated in a cross-legged pose, one hand raised, before a tree with large roots, with a white flower garland around the neck. Pink hibiscus flowers are placed at the top and bottom of the frame. Brass lamps stand on either side in a shrine-like setting with red curtains and carved gold ornaments. No physical people are visible.
