A photograph of a ritual blessing at an ashram. A man with long swept-back hair tied in a bun, a white forehead tilak, and a sleeveless saffron-orange robe holds a folded paper in one hand while raising his other hand over the head of a older man with white hair and a white shirt who stands with hands pressed in anjali, bowing forward. Behind them, a man in a grey t-shirt with glasses watches, and other devotees in white and grey stand in the background among trees and a red-and-white pillared structure. The orange-robed figure is a person by appearance cues (long swept-back hair, saffron robe) and is presented as a priest performing a blessing.2009-12-08A photograph of a man with swept-back dark hair, white tripundra ash marks and a red bindi, wearing an orange sleeveless robe and a long dark rudraksha mala. Around them several men in white and checked shirts stand with hands folded in namaskar, some wearing white ash marks. The setting is a covered outdoor area with a dark ceiling and an orange-hued temple hall behind.2010-09-20A photograph under a corrugated metal roof showing a robed figure in orange clothing with a dark rudraksha mala and a white forehead mark, placing one hand on the head of a man in a white collared shirt who bows his head. A man in a saffron-orange robe with a long rudraksha mala and a gold-toned necklace stands center, smiling, with his palm raised above the head of a young man in a blue shirt who has his hands pressed together in namaskar. Beside him, a bare-headed priest in an orange-and-gold shawl with a red tilak and gold necklace stands near the line. An older man in white on the left also folds his hands in prayer. Several other people in white and light clothing stand in the background, with a yellow-and-blue banner visible at the top. The central figure has long swept-back hair and distinctive saffron robes and mala, consistent with Swamiji (probable) performing a blessing as a sannyasi.2011-02-28 +1 copiesA photograph of a public darshan at an open-sided pavilion with a corrugated roof and colourful hanging decorations. A smiling man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange robe, a rudraksha mala with dark beads and a tan-coloured wrap, raises his right hand to touch the head of a devotee in a dark shirt.
