Indoor photo of a ceremonial honouring at a gilded, ornately carved throne. A seated figure in maroon-red robes wears a long marigold garland and a rudraksha mala and smiles while receiving a folded white cloth and a red package from an elderly man in a beige kurta with a red shawl. Behind them stands a woman in a white sari, and to the left two men in white dhoti and saffron-ochre attire, one with rudraksha malas, attend the scene. Blue and cream carved wall panels form the backdrop. a person seated on the throne in maroon robes with marigold garland and rudraksha mala.2015-12-26May 02 20142014-05-02September 21 20142014-09-21May 02 20142014-05-02March 03 20132013-03-03A seated figure on an ornate gilded throne with a tall golden floral backrest is being honoured with a white and pink flower garland. He wears a rust-orange robe, heavy gold necklaces, a gold crown and bangles, and raises one hand in greeting. Two priests in white dhotis with red and gold borders and a white-saried woman are bending over a cloth-covered platform near his feet, apparently attending to offerings. Golden trident-topped staffs and brass lamp stands flank the throne against a rough stone-textured backdrop. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure's orange robe, gold crown and ornate gold necklaces match the appearance-based cues for this presentation, so the figure is labelled as a probable in-person Swamiji.2016-05-24Evening photo at a Nithyananda Yoga event. A man in a seated throne on a leopard-print cushioned seat under a large gold ornate canopy wears an orange-saffron robe, white flower garland and white forehead markings, with long hair swept back; he receives a gift from a kneeling man in a maroon-red kurta who holds a red-and-white wrapped box or book. Behind, a standing woman in orange sari and rudraksha mala holds a microphone, and other figures in orange and maroon stand near a marigold and rose-decorated pillar and a black stone deity murti. A gold lion-shaped armrest and a golden kalasha-style stand are visible. Probable Swamiji: the seated figure has long swept-back hair, saffron robe, floral garland and throne cues.2016-12-15December 15 20162016-12-15Photo of a padha puja at the Paduka mandir. His bare feet rest on a silver tray of flowers and small lamps. Seated before him, a woman in a white sari with a red border and a man in orange robes with a white headband attend the offerings. Brass bells and a gold kalasha-style lamp hang behind the throne.2013-05-29June 12 20142014-06-12A smiling man with long dark swept-back hair, white ash marks on his forehead and a red bindi sits on an ornate gilded golden throne, wearing a red-maroon saffron-toned robe, a red rudraksha mala draped across his shoulders and a gold chain necklace. Facing him in the foreground is a person in a patterned pale shirt seen from behind, and a partially visible person in yellow-orange clothing on the left edge. The background has blue and white carved decorative panels.2015-12-26A photograph of a seated man in an orange robe on an ornate gold throne decorated with a large arch of marigold and rose garlands in yellow, red, purple and white. He wears layered beaded necklaces with a rudraksha-style mala, a red garland, bangles and a shawl. Several devotees sit on the floor before him, including a woman in white with a red blouse and a man in orange, and a woman in white with a gold border kneeling with joined palms. Brass oil lamps stand beside the throne and a painted backdrop of a large tree is behind it. The man's appearance with long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads fits the Swamiji (probable) cues, and the page places him at this satsang, so he is shown in person seated in a teaching role among devotees.2013-01-06
