A man with long swept-back dark hair and an orange sleeveless top places both hands on the head of a smiling man in white clothes wearing a rudraksha mala. Beside them an older woman in a pink-red sari with gold border bows her head. Behind, women in white sarees with yellow shawls stand, and a tray holds red apples and flowers in the foreground. Swami-style orange clothing and a wrap identify the blessing giver as a sannyasi; no a person identification is made from appearance.A photograph of an intimate blessing moment in a large hall with red carpet and green mats. A man in an orange sleeveless top and rust-orange dhoti sits on the floor, smiling, with both hands cupping the head of an older bald man in a white shirt and white dhoti who leans forward with eyes closed, smiling. Behind them a woman in a white sari stands, and seated devotees in white and orange fill the floor. A framed portrait hangs on the wall, and banners with orange and red text line the left side. Whether the orange-clad man is the candidate cannot be determined from appearance, so the role is given as a man in orange blessing a devotee.2009-08-08August 08 2009 - Kalpataru, Cuddalore India2009-08-08July 09 20122012-07-09November 17 20092009-11-17 +1 copiesMay 09 20152015-05-09June 23 20142014-06-23 +2 copiesA seated figure in an orange sleeveless garment and a long white-and-green flower garland places a hand on the head of a man kneeling on a red patterned rug, his palms pressed together in greeting.
