Beside him a long-haired man wearing a white jasmine garland and a red flower garland presses his palms together in anjali, eyes closed, in front of a blue and gold ceremonial cloth. Behind them a row of men in white shirts stand with hands folded in prayer. A red-and-orange flag hangs on a pole, and a decorated kalasha-like pot sits at the top right.2008-04-19April 19 20082008-04-19A photograph of a long-haired man in an orange saffron garment with a gold-edged border, standing with palms pressed together in namaste and eyes closed beside a decorated pillar with red, blue and yellow floral and geometric patterns. A young man with long dark hair, bare-chested and wearing an orange cloth over his shoulder and waist, stands with palms pressed together in prayer, wearing a white and red flower garland and a rudraksha mala. Behind him, men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand attentively; one holds a silver lamp with a lit flame and another holds a silver vessel. Roughly ten to fifteen people are visible.2006-12-26A man with long dark hair and a beard stands with palms pressed together in anjali mudra, eyes lowered, under a canopy strung with red, orange, yellow, blue and white tassels. A white horizontal tilak and a vertical red mark are on his forehead. A partially visible person in orange cloth stands at the left edge.
