Close view of a ceremonial floor strewn thickly with yellow and pink marigold and rose petals. Behind the petals, the lower legs and white dhoti-style garments of standing figures are visible, one wearing a cream shawl edged with gold, next to a gold-and-orange draped stage platform hung with garlands of white and yellow flowers. Blurred white floral garlands fill the right foreground.2007-12-15Close view of bare feet stepping across a carpet of yellow and pink marigold and rose petals. The wearer's cream dhoti or silk garment has a gold border and a gold-brocaded upper cloth. Beside it, a cupped hand and a gold bangle appear in the lower right, and white jasmine garlands hang at the right edge. A yellow backdrop and a small orange-and-red altar with flowers sit behind. Another white-clad figure stands at the left edge. The image shows only legs, feet and hands, so no face is visible.2007-12-15Close view of bare feet on a blue carpet strewn with red, orange, yellow and pink flower petals. The person wears ornate ankle bangles of gold-toned beads and a cream silk dhoti with a golden border. Behind, a red cushioned chair or throne is partly visible at left, and other figures in white and cream clothing with orange shawls stand at right. The scene suggests a ritual procession or walk within a hall. No face is visible.2006-12-17February 24 20072007-02-24August 15 20102010-08-15December 17 20062006-12-17January 02 20162016-01-02Close-up photograph of a person's feet in white cloth with a gold border standing on a round brass plate filled with yellow and red flower petals, set on a dusty ground with scattered petals around it. This is a pada pooja style foot-washing offering. The person's face and upper body are cropped out of frame, and the flower-strewn plate is the main subject.2010-07-24February 24 20072007-02-24A photograph of a figure seated on a golden throne (peetha) banked with multicoloured garlands in yellow, white, red and purple marigolds and roses. The seated figure wears a pink and gold turban-style head covering, a red rudraksha-style mala and gold ornaments, and is seen against a backdrop of a painted temple pillar scene. Two devotees in white garments bow low over a large heap of pink and white flower petals in front of the throne, one with a pink sari and gold border, the other in a white kurta, touching their heads to the petals. Brass oil lamps stand on either side and an orange-robed attendant stands at the right edge. The appearance of the seated figure is a probable match for Swamiji, with turban, garlands, rudraksha mala and gold ornaments as distinguishing cues.2013-01-06
