Overhead photo of two round polished metal trays on a speckled brown stone surface, used as ritual offerings. The upper tray holds a small bowl of thin wafers or crisps, a cup with a pink flower petal and a small dark item, two bowls of pale liquid, a ripe banana and a red-and-green apple. The lower tray holds seven small metal cups containing dried fruit pieces, a dark seed or nut, cashews or almonds and walnut pieces. No people are visible, so the count is zero.

The tray holds a green apple in a small steel bowl, a steel cup of red liquid, a steel cup with a small lit oil lamp, a bowl of sesame-topped cookies with jam centres, and a pile of powdered-sugar dusted round biscuits. A top-down photograph of a ritual offering tray on a green banana leaf set over a polished silver plate. Grapes, ripe bananas, a large orange and pink hibiscus flowers surround the arrangement. In the centre sit a steel bowl of sweet pudding topped with cashews and raisins, a bowl of brown chickpea-like legumes, two small bowls of yellow shredded coconut-style preparation, a bowl of dates, and a small covered steel vessel. The tray rests on a pink cloth with yellow, blue and purple woven borders. No people are visible, so this is a naivedhyam food offering.
