A long white-draped table under a thatched shelter holds offerings for a ritual: a silver kalasha-style vessel with marigold garlands, bananas, oranges, mangoes, red flowers, fruit trays and sweets on plates, and a brass lamp at the right edge. Four men stand behind the table in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas and beaded necklaces, one with a bare shaved head. To their left a priest in white dhoti and a man in a cream shawl stand near a robed attendant with a crossbody bag. Several men in white kurtas and dhotis stand further back, and a man at the far right in white holds a lamp-like tray. Sandy ground surrounds the scene.

In the foreground right, a man in an orange-red turban and orange-saffron robe, wearing a white flower garland with yellow blossoms, stands with palms pressed together in greeting. Around him, devotees in white dhotis and white saris, some wearing rudraksha-style necklaces, stand on sand. Brick-like tiles and a small tray with offerings lie at the bottom left, and kolam floor designs mark the ground. A printed side banner with a religious image hangs at upper left.
