Outdoor puja on a white cloth-covered table with two women seated on the grass. The woman in the foreground wears a green sari and holds a small lamp; the woman behind wears a brown-and-cream sari and bangles, lighting a wick. A copper-coloured ladle or pot of flame is held over a kumkum-marked vessel. Two wooden sandal-shaped padukas (padapuja) are decorated with yellow marigold garlands and red flowers. Bowls of bananas, flower petals and a red cloth sit on the table.

Outdoor photograph of two women seated on grass performing a puja. In the foreground a woman in a pale pink-and-cream sari with a dark braid and glasses holds a small lamp and puja items over a white cloth. Beside her another woman in dark clothing offers a flower-garlanded tray. Two marigold garlands in yellow and orange rest on a red cloth with a plate of offerings, a small brass vessel and red kumkum. Behind them are shoes on the grass, a glass building and a red-and-white banner partly visible on the right.

Outdoor ritual setup on bare red earth with woven mats. A large carved wooden backrest or peetha stands centre-back, facing a red wooden box with white stripes holding bundles of sticks and flower offerings. In front of it, a brass vessel, a small plate of fruit and marigolds, and a potted flower sit on mats. Three women sit on the mats at left in white and red saris, one wearing a red border, with a fourth figure partly visible at far left. Behind them, men in white dhotis and a man in a pink shirt sit on a chair area, with turquoise plastic chairs in the background. The scene resembles a homa or yagna preparation with a fire-offering arrangement.

A photo of a paduka pooja offering outdoors. A woman in a pink saree and gold earrings leans forward over a red-draped table holding a brass plate of lit oil lamps or offerings, with a bunch of white flower garlands and green leaves laid in front of her. Behind her, an older woman in a white saree with a dark border stands beside a motorcycle near a building. A man's arm and shoulder are visible at the left edge, holding flowers. A gold paduka (sacred footwear) is placed on the leaves.

A two-panel photo collage of a seated ritual in an indoor room with orange walls and a flat-screen TV. A man in white dhoti and shawl with a rudraksha-style mala sits on the left behind a green-and-orange cloth-covered low table holding a copper kalasha with yellow flowers and small brass vessels. A woman in a white and grey patterned sari sits opposite, performing the puja with a lamp-like vessel. Brass oil lamps stand nearby. The second panel shows the same pair from a closer angle, with the woman holding a small lamp and the copper kalasha on the green cloth.

A photograph of devotees seated cross-legged on rugs in a bright hall, performing puja with hands joined in prayer. A woman in the foreground wears a white sari with gold border and gold bangles; beside her a younger woman in white kurta and a seated man in white also pray with eyes closed. Brass lamps with lit wicks, a brass puja plate with flowers and a red cloth, and a small coconut or offering sit on the floor before them. Several more devotees in white and yellow saris are seated in the background, and a person stands behind them. Strings of flowers hang along the wall.

Outdoor street scene of women devotees standing behind a long white-draped table laden with offerings. Foreground: a large brass tray of marigold and yellow flower garlands, green leaves and a coconut, with pineapples, bananas and fruit plates beside it. Four or five women in saris, including one in a yellow sari with a gold border and one in an orange sari, stand with palms pressed together in prayer. A traffic police officer in khaki uniform walks in the background past a parked auto-rickshaw, with a few other men near the roadside. No clearly identifiable a person is visible in the frame.

Outdoor ritual setup on a woven striped mat among rocks and scrub. A framed portrait of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes, with a red flower garland, sits under a multicolored canopy with a mirrored crest, draped in an orange cloth. Two women in white saris with yellow borders stand on either side. In front, brass vessels, a small lamp, a spoon, a wooden tray, plates of marigold and white jasmine garlands, red flower bundles and a stack of currency notes are arranged as offerings.

Outdoors on grass, a person in orange robes and orange head wrap bows deeply with forehead to the ground before a ritual setup of bricks and a dark metal cobra-hooded object garlanded with yellow and red flowers. Brass vessels, a small bowl with red offering, and a pile of petals sit around them on a striped cloth. Behind, several devotees sit with hands folded in prayer: a bearded man in white kurta, a woman in white sari with a dark border and bangles, an older man in glasses and white shirt, and a man in a light grey shirt, while others stand further back. A woman at left in white sari and black blouse holds yellow flowers. The scene suggests a naga or snake-shrine puja at a foundation site.
