Four young men sit cross-legged on the bare red earth in an outdoor work area, beside a low wall of red bricks. They are assembling small items on a white woven sheet and a pinkish cloth: pale cards with purple borders, some already filled with bright orange-red powder, and a few loose packets. The man at left wears a checked shirt, the one at top centre a striped shirt with a thread bracelet, the man at right-back a white shirt, and the front-right man a blue-striped shirt. A torn orange sachet and a stack of white papers lie among them. Nobody in the scene is identified as a person.2006-12-31Three young men work outdoors on bare red earth beside a pile of rough grey granite blocks. The man on the left, in a white short-sleeved shirt and light grey trousers, crouches barefoot while pressing wet grey material. The man on the right, in a striped shirt and checked lungi-style cloth, shapes a curved wet clay form on a concrete base. A third man in a white shirt crouches behind them. A yellow bucket sits on the ground, with broken red bricks and scattered stones around. No ritual or festival activity is visible, and no recognizable a person figure appears in the scene.2013-06-05Two men kneel on red earth at an outdoor site, arranging marigold petals into large flower designs on white sheets. The nearest sheet holds an orange-petalled oval with a silver-outlined white swan-like or bird motif edged in purple, and a second sheet beside it shows a similar design with yellow petals. Plastic bags of petals sit nearby, and white tent walls and scattered sticks are visible behind. One more figure stands in the distance. The man at left wears a striped shirt and the man behind him wears a white shirt. Other petal mats lie in the background.2007-01-01Four men sit on a wooden pallet platform outdoors beside a pale stone lion sculpture and stacked timber. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti at left leans over a large sheet of yellow paper, while a seated man in a white shirt and grey trousers bends over it with a pen. Two men at right, one in a white polo shirt with a small logo, watch and smile. Yellow scraps lie on the platform and sacks sit in the background. No one wears saffron or wears crown, rudraksha or other cues.2009-12-20December 31 20062006-12-31June 05 20132013-06-05Several men in plain white shirts and white dhotis stack red and white bricks on open, sandy ground with patchy grass and trees behind. Bricks are stamped with letters such as S, R, and A, B, C. The man on the left in a white shirt holds a brick, a man in the centre wears a red beaded necklace and white shirt, and the man on the right in white clothing places bricks on the stack. Others in white stand further back. The scene looks like site preparation or construction work at an ashram.2006-09-05September 05 20062006-09-05Four men sit cross-legged on a wooden platform outdoors, working on large sheets of yellow paper spread across the boards. The man on the far left wears a white shirt and white dhoti and traces a design with a pen or stylus. Beside him a man in a white shirt and light trousers bends over the paper, while two men on the right, one in a checked shirt and one in a white polo shirt with pink trousers, watch the work. A partly carved white statue of a lion or similar figure sits behind them, with sacks and wooden poles in the shadows.2009-12-20June 08 20132013-06-08December 20 20092009-12-20December 30 20062006-12-30
