March 31 20122012-03-31November 11 20112011-11-11A photograph of a large flat-screen monitor showing a grid of video-conference tiles, each a separate remote group of devotees seated indoors. Tiles show people in white and cream clothing sitting on floors and sofas, with handwritten or printed place-name signs such as JUAREZ MEXICO, SEATTLE CHIDAMBARAM, NEW JERSEY OMKARESHWAR, GUADELOUPE, SINGAPURAM and PARIS. One tile shows an altar with a lamp and a deity image. In the bottom right tile, a man with short hair wearing an orange-saffron robe and a beaded necklace speaks, seemingly on a stage; he has some a person cues but the appearance is not conclusive. Several tiles show people in white, and a red-clothed woman sits on a sofa.2013-01-12A large screen showing a video-conference grid of multiple remote groups practising together. Panels show groups seated on mats and chairs in different rooms: a group in a white-walled room labelled Charlotte Ashram, a group in orange and pink clothing, a group seated on a rug labelled New York Nithyananda Dhyanapeetham Sanatana-area signage, a group in green and red in Calgary Ashram, and a panel labelled Tucson. In the lower right panel a bare-chested man with a red cloth draped over his shoulder and beaded necklaces sits with a garland, appearing to receive a flower from a woman.2011-11-06A large display screen showing a multi-panel video conference grid of satsang participants seated on floors and mats in various rooms, with name placards including NEW YORK VARANASI, CALGARY AMARNATH, SOMNATH, TUCSON, VANCOUVER PURI and CHARLOTTE SRISAILAM. Many people in white, cream, blue and purple clothing sit cross-legged, some with notebooks. In the bottom-right panel, a figure in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas and a garland sits before an ornate golden throne with floral decorations, appearing to be the presenter for the session, and this appearance-based identification is probable: a person, seated on a golden peetha. Other panels show a framed portrait and an altar with flowers. The screen is partially visible at the right edge.2011-11-05January 20 20132013-01-20 +2 copiesJanuary 22 20132013-01-22November 11 20112011-11-11September 13 20122012-09-13February 02 20172017-02-02 +1 copiesPhotograph of a monitor displaying a grid of video-conference tiles of satsang participants in many locations.
