June 29 20102010-06-29October 11 20062006-10-112010 - Photo AlbumA man stands on dusty ground at sunrise or sunset, backlit by a bright low sun behind unfinished pale concrete structures and bare trees. He has long, shoulder-length dark hair and a white horizontal mark across his forehead, wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulders and body, and a dark beaded rudraksha mala hangs at his chest. Scattered debris and loose earth fill the foreground, with a distant figure visible on a path at left. Appearance suggests a person candidate in saffron with rudraksha and long hair, though the figure is partly in silhouette.2006-12-09Backlit silhouette at sunset of a figure wearing an orange-red turban and orange-red wrap over a dark robe, with long dark hair visible at the shoulder, standing in front of a tree line. A second person's profile appears at the left edge, and a tall pole with a floodlight and a water tank structure stand behind. The sun glows low on the horizon, creating strong rim light and dark shadows across the figures. Appearance-based candidate: a person, identified by the saffron-orange turban and wrap, long hair and the outdoor event setting at AadiKailaasa; the face is in shadow so identity is uncertain.2006-12-20A figure in orange ochre robes sits cross-legged on a low wooden bench set on a blue and white striped cloth on bare dry ground, hands resting together in lap, in a meditative pose. Long dark hair falls past the shoulders, and a sandalwood-style mark is visible on the forehead. Strings of rudraksha beads hang over the chest. The low sun behind creates a bright lens flare near the figure's side. Power lines, scrubby trees and a white boundary wall stand in the background under a hazy sunset sky. Swamiji (probable) appears as the seated figure in orange robes with long hair and rudraksha malas, shown in meditation at sunset.2006-12-09A photograph at sunset of a single figure standing on bare dirt ground, seen from behind in silhouette against a bright low sun. The figure has long hair and wears a long dark robe with a reddish-orange wrap or fabric trailing at one side. Tall thin trees frame the left and right edges, and a row of unfinished concrete walls and utility poles stands on a rise in the background. Haze and a lens flare soften the scene, and a blurred dark object sits in the bottom foreground.2006-12-09A standing figure with long, swept-back dark hair wears a loose orange-saffron wrap over the shoulders and body and a dark rudraksha mala around the neck, on a bare dusty open ground at sunrise or sunset with sparse trees and low buildings on the horizon. Probable Swamiji: long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala are the qualifying cues, and he is physically present in the scene. Light haze and silhouetting fill the background, with a few small distant figures near the trees and a faint purple logo in the upper left corner.2006-12-09A man in profile-facing pose stands in warm golden sunset light, eyes closed in a calm, meditative expression. He wears a saffron-orange sleeveless wrap over his shoulders, and his head is shaved. Behind him, silhouetted temple structures and sculpted forms stand against a glowing sky, with a white stone base or platform to the right. The backlit scene is blurred in the background, and the mood is contemplative.2010-06-29October 11 20062006-10-11A photograph at sunset of a figure seen from behind, standing on bare reddish-brown earth at a construction-site area. The person wears a long saffron-orange robe and has long hair falling down the back, silhouetted against a bright low sun with lens flare. Behind them are a few sparse trees, utility poles, a distant concrete wall and small figures far off on the ground. A partial camera or equipment shape appears in the lower foreground.2006-12-09A photograph at dusk of a single figure standing on a rocky shore beside still water, silhouetted against a pale lavender and pink sky with the sun low on the horizon. The figure wears a long orange-saffron robe and stands with arms folded across the chest. Palm trees and dark shrubs line the distant bank, and a small white building sits on the far shore. The figure is shown in silhouette and no features are distinguishable, so no identification is made.
