In the centre, a man in an orange turban, saffron robe and long gold-toned bead necklace walks beside a man in a saffron-orange shawl draped over his head and shoulders, who is speaking. Men in white dhotis and kurtas, a uniformed police officer at left, and a man in sunglasses surround them. Several men in white kurtas and dhotis walk alongside two saffron-clad figures. The figure in the centre wears an orange turban, long dark hair, an orange robe and a long gold-beaded necklace, and gestures with his hand while looking to his left. The figure on the right wears a saffron shawl over his head and body, has vibhuti on his forehead and a white beard, and holds out an open palm. Behind them, a man in white with a red-bordered shawl and a bare-chested man with a rudraksha mala walk among devotees holding orange flags. Banners and printed panels with photographs hang on the tent behind. A uniformed police officer stands in the background. The central figure has distinctive long hair, an orange turban, gold necklace and saffron robes, which are cues consistent with the page's reference to a person, so his presence is probable but not certain from appearance alone.2006-01-01April 27 20082008-04-27A crowded outdoor procession at a Kumbh Mela-style site.
