A photograph of a tall ornate brass multi-tiered lamp stand, a kuthuvilakku-style oil lamp with many lit wicks, peacock-shaped finials and curling arms, placed on a brass tray in the foreground. Behind it are blurred deity murtis, one holding a trident and another wearing a tall crown, in front of pale green drapery and a gilded arch. Red and orange flowers stand on both sides. Blurred figures in white clothing sit on the floor at lower left and right, and a seated person in white is visible at lower right. Lit smaller brass lamps stand in the background.2015-05-05Photo of a large tiered brass oil lamp stand (deepa stambha style) with many lit oil lamps and peacock-shaped finials, dominating the foreground on a tiled floor. Behind it, under a white draped canopy, a few seated people in white clothes and red-orange shawls sit in a row; the nearest seated figures are blurred. The lamps are lit. No identifiable a person depiction is visible given the blur and distance.2015-10-12July 31 20132013-07-31May 05 20152015-05-05 +1 copiesMay 05 20152015-05-05 +1 copiesJuly 13 20152015-07-13 +1 copiesJuly 10 20142014-07-10January 21 20132013-01-21May 04 20142014-05-04October 05 20112011-10-05A tiered brass lamp stand, roughly a dozen tiers of small oil lamps with flames burning, arranged in concentric rings from a narrow top cup down to a wide base plate. Warm golden light casts scattered bokeh spots on the wall behind. No people are visible; the image shows only the illuminated lamp stand, a ritual lamp used in temple worship.2013-07-16 +1 copiesA tiered brass oil lamp with many lit wicks blazes in the foreground at a temple or ashram shrine. Behind it, a blurred painted deity figure with raised arms stands in a red and green setting. To the right, a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" shows a smiling man with an orange turban and orange clothing beneath a gold ornamental canopy. Fairy lights glimmer in the dark background. No physical people are clearly visible apart from a partial figure at the bottom edge.2013-07-13
