December 27 20092009-12-27A seated man smiles broadly in a golden ornate throne with a red and black tiger-striped cushion and tiger-striped mat beneath him. He wears a rust-orange draped cloth over one shoulder, a gold-edged dhoti, a long rudraksha mala draped across his chest, rudraksha bracelets on his arms and wrists, and gold earrings. A red bindi marks his forehead and a small microphone is clipped near his mouth. A dark telephone-like device rests on the throne armrest. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, ceremonial gold earrings and rudraksha malas, with the seated throne setting consistent with a teaching.2013-10-26A man in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on an ornate white carved throne with leopard-print cushions, eyes closed and smiling as if in meditation or discourse. He wears a saffron wrap over the shoulder, multiple strands of orange rudraksha beads, a gold pendant and white bead necklaces, orange armlets, a gold ring, and a red tilak on his forehead. Long hair falls to his shoulders. A microphone stands beside him against red curtains. A white carved panel with lion-like figures frames the throne.2017-10-15April 24 20132013-04-24September 24 20172017-09-24 +1 copiesA smiling man seated on an ornate silver throne with leopard-print cushions, wearing a rust-orange turban and matching orange-red robe with gold-embroidered trim. He has a red tilak on his forehead, a gold necklace, and red wrist threads, with his hands clasped in his lap. A microphone stands beside him and a silver staff rises at the right. A small framed picture sits on a silver side table at left. The background shows elaborate silver repoussé carving and red drapes. Swamiji (probable): the orange turban, saffron robe, gold necklace and throne setting are the qualifying cues for the main seated figure, who appears to be seated in discourse.2017-11-13A smiling man with long, dark, wavy hair sits on an ornate gold throne framed by a large arch of marigold and rose garlands in yellow, purple, white and red. He wears a saffron-orange draped robe with gold borders, a dense multi-strand gold bead necklace with a gold pendant, and a red bindi on his forehead. His bare feet rest on a red cushion, and his hands rest on gold armrests. White and pink floral garlands drape the lower throne. Visible cues of long hair, saffron clothing and ornate gold adornment are present, so this is a probable identification of Swamiji seated on a throne.2009-12-27July 28 20122012-07-28A seated person in a reddish-brown robe with a yellow-and-gold lower cloth sits cross-legged on a leopard-print mat in front of an ornate silver throne with repousse floral and face motifs. A large marigold garland in orange and yellow hangs over the shoulders, and a yellow sandalwood tilak with a red dot marks the forehead. The right hand holds a tall polished silver staff with a finial, and the left hand rests on the lap. Behind them is a red-framed window grille.2014-01-13December 20 20092009-12-20June 03 20122012-06-03September 24 20172017-09-24 +5 copies
