Indoor photo of a temple-style hall with orange and white pillars and wall panels. In the centre, a woman in a maroon blouse and orange shawl, with a red bindi, stands in front of a shirtless man in white dhoti with orange border and a white-painted forehead, both wearing white-and-red flower garlands. Beside them a woman in a purple sari places a garland, and a man in white with an orange shawl holds a garland. A bald man in white with an orange shawl and rudraksha beads stands at the right. Seated devotees line the sides, and a photographer with a camera stands at left. Visible people: several, all partially visible.2013-03-07March 07 20132013-03-07Outdoor wedding scene in front of a plain grey breeze-block wall. A man with long dark swept-back hair wears saffron-orange robes, a white flower garland with pink and green accents, and a red bindi on his forehead; he stands at the left edge beside a red-and-gold flag. Next to him a woman in a maroon sari with gold border wears a garland. A man in white dhoti and shirt wears a white garland and holds a small object in his hands. A bride in an orange sari with a flower in her hair wears garlands and bangles, and beside her a man in grey shirt wears a garland. At the right an older man with white hair and a white shirt and dhoti wears a garland. Flower petals and a brass vessel lie on the ground.2007-02-15Inside a stone temple hall with carved pillars, a procession moves forward under a colourful multi-panel umbrella with tasselled fringe. Two men in saffron and orange robes wear long garlands of white flowers and red-green beads; the central figure has a dark robe draped over one shoulder, orange shawl, rudraksha necklaces and a head ornament. Around them men in white dhotis and shirts, some with white shawls and rudraksha malas, walk and gesture. A gated shrine with a lit lamp is visible in the background, with a sanctum doorway beyond.2012-06-05December 26 20092009-12-26February 15 20072007-02-15December 26 20062006-12-26May 08 20122012-05-08A photograph inside a golden-pillared temple hall decorated with colourful hanging cloth tassels and framed portraits on the walls. In the foreground a man with white sacred ash marks on his bare upper body wears a long rudraksha-style mala and gold-toned ceremonial necklaces, hands folded in namaste. Behind him an older man in a plain white shirt and white dhoti stands with palms pressed together, and another man in white dhoti with an orange turban-like headcloth also holds his hands in prayer. A man in an orange robe with a dark beard and rudraksha beads stands further back, and people in pink shirts, white dhotis and a woman in a yellow sari stand together in devotion. A black stone animal sculpture is visible at the left edge.2019-04-07A photograph of a group standing in a row outdoors before a concrete-block wall, with a silver vessel and blue cloth on the ground in front. On the left, a long-haired man in a saffron-orange robe with a white flower garland and red and yellow flower garlands stands with a smile; he has long swept-back dark hair and a bindi, and the appearance-based label Swamiji (probable) applies due to his long hair, saffron clothing and garlands. Beside him a man in a red shirt and blue jeans stands. At centre, a man in white silk dhoti and kurta with hands joined in namaste, and a woman in a white sari, both garlanded, face the scene. Next, a woman in an orange sari and a man in white shirt and dhoti hold garlands. On the right, an older man in white dhoti and shirt and a woman in a red and gold sari with pink and green garlands stand. Behind on the left, a shaven-headed priest in white and an orange-clad attendant stand near colourful flags.2007-02-15December 26 20062006-12-26December 12 20162016-12-12
