A long queue of devotees stands in a line down a polished marble-floored hall, moving toward the left. Most women wear white or cream sarees with gold borders, some in pastel and teal tones, and several hold folded cloths or small items. A man in a white shirt stands near the front right with his hand on his hip. A white sculpted figure is partly visible at the upper right, and a warm light fixture glows on the wall.2014-08-24A line of devotees waits barefoot on white cloth in a hall with wood-panelled walls. Men in white dhotis and kurtas, a man in beige, and a man in a yellow dhoti and shawl stand in a queue, along with women in red and orange saris. They face a golden ornate shrine on the right holding deity murti with crowns and garlands. A decorative red and white mat lies on the floor, and a watermarked archive photo shows the scene.2015-10-26A photograph of a long line of devotees standing behind metal stanchions and chains in an arched temple hall with ornate golden columns. A red-and-gold striped runner leads toward a golden throne with red cushions, where a figure in white robes stands near it. Many devotees hold hands in anjali mudra. In the foreground a man in a dark shirt wears a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant; an older man in white dhoti with a white-marked forehead presses palms together. Women in saris, some with flower garlands and jewelry, face the throne. Scattered petals lie on the floor.2012-05-21July 04 20142014-07-04December 15 20062006-12-15A photograph of a Krishna-themed puja in an indoor hall with a false ceiling and recessed lights. A bald priest in white dhoti and shawl, holding a brass tray of sweets or offerings, stands at the front. Behind him a deity murti in yellow cloth with a garland is being honoured, and attendants in white and yellow stand beside it. On the left, a group of men in casual shirts, including one in a striped black shirt and one in lavender, stand with hands folded in namaste, along with a man in glasses. On the right, women in red and pink salwar kameez also stand with hands folded in prayer. A small framed portrait hangs on the left wall. Nearby, a priest in white with a rudraksha mala stands at the left edge.2011-08-22A photograph inside an open-sided hall with a corrugated roof and tall windows. On the left, a figure with a reddish-orange dhoti and bare chest, with a tied hairstyle and beaded necklaces, raises one arm and holds a long thin rod. Beside him, a woman in a white sari and a woman in a red-and-white outfit stand near a yellow-and-orange cloth. A crowd of about twenty men and women in white shirts and white trousers, several with orange cloth bags, stand close together facing upward toward the rod. A man in a pink shirt with an ID badge stands at the right edge. Low wooden and metal structures with cloth and chains sit in the foreground.2015-02-01July 04 20142014-07-04May 03 20162016-05-03A photograph inside a covered, tent-like passage hung with yellow paper streamers and decorated pillars with red and yellow floral motifs. A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange robe stands centre, extending a hand toward devotees, while a man in white with a yellow shawl holds an orange tray with offerings. Devotees line metal barriers on both sides, many with palms pressed together in namaskar, including women in white and striped shirts. Swamiji (probable): the saffron-robed figure has long swept-back hair and orange clothing, and is positioned as the central honoured presence receiving devotees. Several people line the railing, and the scene reads as a darshan line.2009-12-03December 15 20062006-12-15August 05 20162016-08-05 +1 copies
