A woman in a maroon sari with gold borders and gold bangles bends forward to offer flowers at a decorated altar. Behind her, a man in a saffron cloth stands with folded hands, and other saffron-clad sannyasis and a man in white stand nearby. The altar is wrapped in white and red garlands and framed by a green and gold cloth, with a black-and-white photograph of a bearded, white-haired elderly man in a shawl set in the centre. Framed pictures hang on the white wall above, and a tray of flowers and offerings sits at the lower left. The scene shows a devotee's puja at a shrine.

A photograph in a yellow-walled room during a devotional ritual. A seated man with bare upper body, white forehead markings, and layered white and red garlands sits on an orange cushioned seat with palms pressed together in reverent greeting. Before him, a man in white dhoti with an orange shawl holds a lit oil lamp and other offerings, while a woman in a red blouse and cream sari extends her hands toward the lamp. Around them, women in white and cream saris with folded hands and sindoor and bangles stand and kneel in prayer. Two saffron-robed attendants stand near a doorway, and a photographer with a camera is at right. Framed images and garlanded pictures hang on the walls, and a green leafy decoration frames the doorway. Photo shows devotees performing aarti with an oil lamp.

A large seated gathering in an orange and gold draped tent hall at a Shuddhadvaitam camp in Ujjain. Many devotees in saffron and orange robes and rudraksha malas sit cross-legged on carpets, with several in white garments. In the foreground, a figure holds a tall silver trident-staff, and a wall picture of a deity hangs above the assembly, decorated with garlands and green foliage. The scene suggests an initiation or satsang gathering.

Outdoor photograph of a procession under a green canopy of leaves and banana-palm poles strung with marigold garlands and orange bunting. A bearded man in long saffron robes gestures with an open hand toward an older, bald, bespectacled monk in orange robes, who walks beside him. Around them stand several monks in orange robes, one with a striped orange head cloth, and a shaved-headed man bare-chested in a white dhoti with a white-and-coloured border. On the right, a man in a white shirt holds a large garland of red roses and yellow flowers. A red carpet covers the ground.

A photograph inside a decorated tent at a Shuddhadvaitam event, showing a large black Shiva lingam draped in white cloth with a silver trishul-style pattern, garlanded with pink and orange flowers. A man in orange robes holds a lit oil lamp over the lingam while others stand around in orange and saffron clothing. An older man with long white hair and beard, wearing an orange robe and rudraksha-style beads, stands behind the lingam with hands folded beside a silver kalasha. Devotees in orange dhotis and red and gold ornaments stand nearby, some with brass offering plates, and a spectator crowd watches from the left. A golden deity figure with garlands sits on the right beside a golden throne-like canopy and bright orange and red drapes.

Crowded indoor room with pale pink walls and a yellow trim band, where a large group of men in saffron and orange robes and white dhotis gather closely. A framed portrait hangs high on the wall, decorated with a marigold garland, and a video camera operator is visible at the upper right near a black pillar. Several saffron-clad sannyasis wear orange turbans and shawls, and one man in a sleeveless saffron top stands near the centre. Many devotees in white and orange press in around the central figures, some holding phones or cameras. A ceiling fan hangs above.

Indoor ceremony in a room with pale green walls and a white door. A bare-chested man with long swept-back hair and an orange dhoti stands at right, touching a folded white cloth to the head of a seated man in orange robes with hands pressed together in namaskar. Several seated men in orange robes wear white marigold garlands, and one older man in a saffron turban and white garments sits at right. A man in a white shirt and grey trousers stands at left with his back to the camera, and a water bottle sits on the floor among green leaf mats. Visible people total about ten.

A crowded outdoor scene at a temple entrance during a darshan procession. Saffron-robed sannyasis in orange cloth crowd around a golden kalasha-topped palanquin draped with yellow marigold garlands and pink fabric. A bare-chested man in the foreground raises a garland toward the palanquin. A man in a golden-orange silk robe with a beard stands at the centre, and a saffron-clad man with a dark rudraksha mala and orange shawl stands at right, both appearing to be devotees or sannyasis rather than clearly identifiable. Uniformed police officers in khaki stand at the edges, and onlookers in white and pale clothing fill the background near a red-and-white painted temple gateway with scaffolding.
