Two deity murtis are adorned with garlands of flowers and yellow marigolds. A man in white clothes stands near the shrine. Devotees in mixed clothing, including orange and pink saris and a teal dress, press close, and a small girl in pink is at the lower left. A framed portrait is mounted on the right side of the shrine, too small to identify. Strong flash lighting and a dark background surround the scene.2006-10-14October 15 20062006-10-15March 07 20162016-03-07Night photograph of a crowded outdoor procession at a religious event. Centre of the image is a golden canopied palanquin or ratha with carved gold pillars, bearing two deity murtis draped in red and garlanded with flowers, with a framed portrait placed beside them on the left. Devotees in white shirts and white dhotis, women in saris and salwar, and children press around the shrine, some holding papers. Bright floodlights and a glowing green tree light the scene, with more people and a white van in the background. A printed banner at the top of the canopy carries Tamil lettering. Visible foreheads show white and ash markings.2010-01-24January 22 20102010-01-22March 07 20162016-03-07February 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesMarch 07 20162016-03-07
